Location : Bangalore Shift Timing : 2 PM to 10 PM IST Roles & Responsibilities: - Hands on work in typical commercial analytics areas : Sales force effectiveness, marketing effectiveness, Managed markets, pricing analytics - Must have worked on any one of the functional areas : data management for analytics, development of performance management solutions in Tableau/ Qlikview /Power BI, data analyses skills in Teradata/ SAS/MS SQL /Any big data platform/R/Python, statistical modeling o - Should be currently in a role for at least 2-3 years where they are directly engaging with clients to scope projects, manage processes, provide status etc - Ideally has managed a team for a couple of years and can translate business requirements into analytics specs - does not need to have directly managed a team, essentially has delivered projects with a team comprising of different skills. - Understands the basic nuances of the Healthcare / Life Science ecosystem - Strong communication skills - communicating value/adapting communication to front line managers - Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Orals, Due Diligence, Contracting)- Good to have
