Genpact - AVP - Supply Chain Finance (16-25 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Alignment of key priorities with the business unit including MEC calendar, any other business initiatives

- Lead and manage process to help ensure better bottom line management and coordinate for planning with internal stakeholders

- Lead and coordinate with other parties in obtaining information or data required to deliver a reasonable, accurate and comprehensive output

- Drive process Improvement, Operating effectiveness, and efficiency within the team

- Enforce a service level agreement (SLA) with the client and make recommendations

- Develop and implement functional and/or operational strategy

- Takes decisions have a serious impact on overall success or failure on area of accountability and external stakeholders

- Actively communicate, engage, inspire and motivate the team to drive performance and achieve individual and team objects

- Build team capabilities in both functional and soft skills to the BU financial planning team with the aim to develop the next generation of leaders.

- Initiate strategies to engage and retain key talent.

- Seek and act on feedback from others; continuously develop through learning and sharing with others.

- Influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications :

- Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, CPA, CMA) or equivalent) or MBA Finance

- Relevant years of supervisory/ management level experience in Costing / Supply chain finance

- Must be able to perform accounting and financial calculations, including determining interest rates, payment schedules, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret credit reports, financial statements and other financial or accounting related information

- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
