Analytics Practice for Fraud, Risk function.

Integral to managing consumer finance Fraud risk analytics practice and growth.

- Growth or solutions support to drive growth within Consumer finance fraud.

- Build products through ahead of the market thinking.

How is this role unique from others-

Fraud Risk expertise and being able to use that on driving delivery and solutions. Typical CRO clients we support for US market are fairly evolved in their approach towards fraud analytics using machine learning, real-time alerts, advanced models & champion challenger,

Who are the key relationships for this role :

CRO - 1 down's on the risk side, Internal equation with team and support function - HR, Training etc

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role :

- Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics / Econometrics or MBA - Finance with 8+ years of work experience in Consumer / Retail banking vertical.

What are the key initiatives and challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years :

- Continue driving mining for existing accounts including large Consumer finance companies for America.

- Drive growth in new accounts, support hunting initiates

- Own and drive the product development for Fraud analytics.

Specific Competence (Essential) :

- Deep expertise in Fraud and Risk strategy Analytics role.

- Ability to build deep client partnerships

- Intellectual horsepower

- Commercial Savvy

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level

- Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders

Specific Competence (Desirable) :

- Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics / Econometrics or MBA - Finance with 8+ years of work experience in Consumer / Retail banking vertical.

- Risk/Fraud Analytics - Predictive analysis/segmentation /scorecard experience

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Undertake specific solution assignments in Fraud and Risk analytics to drive growth.

- Build and support products and projects for collections analytics space.

- Conceptualize and architect scalable solutions in the Fraud Risk Management domain

- Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects

- Be responsible for profitable project execution and develop expertise in the offering areas

- Develop digital and technology-enabled solutions to combat Fraud and remediate fraud alerts.

- Evangelize the solution and work along with the delivery teams to implement and strengthen the value proposition

- Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process/service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions

- Identify performance bottlenecks in the process and recommend technology led interventions that can be introduced

- Participate in the pre-sales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutions

- Create technical design and functional documentation for incumbent solutions created

Knowledge, Experience, and Education :

Essential :

- Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics / Econometrics or MBA - Finance with 8+ years of work experience in Consumer / Retail banking vertical.

- Risk/Fraud Analytics - Predictive analysis/segmentation /scorecard experience

- Good Communication Skills.

- Self Starter / Extremely self-motivated and ability to work independently.

- Min 4 years Experience with stakeholder management for MIS/analytics team

Desirable :

- A Strong hand on knowledge of statistical/analytical tools. Knowledge of SAS essential.

- Strong Interpersonal / Communication Skills/ Clear Thinker /Team Player

- Ability to work in a diverse environment and deal with ambiguity.
