- Exposure to Commercials and Pricing

- Both accounting and FPA skills to enable variance analysis.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous environment with limited availability of info

- Action oriented approach, fast paced

- Team player, ability to handle multiple stakeholders/ issues simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to present to leadership in reviews

- CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance

- Work ex of ~ 10+ yrs with experience of managing small teams

- Driving Reporting of Financials and giving proactive Business insights to leadership

- Regular forecasting of financials of business

- Manage a team of ~ 3-4 resources

- Own and drive monthly provisioning, closing, reporting, audit for financials of business
