Key responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Senior stakeholders (on-shore/ off-shore), Business Leaders, Operating Leaders to identify and implement digital led process improvements
- Identifying areas of significant Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
- Effective delivery of the project through working with cross functional global teams to favorably impact the business outcomes for Finance Center
- Help in driving Lean and process improvement DNA by conducting quality trainings
- Lead a team of Quality Analysts (3-4) and coach/mentor team
- Responsible for creating & delivering on roadmap for Strategic initiatives and getting all stakeholders aligned
- Driving end to end High Impact projects for the Finance Center to deliver business outcomes
- Identify and implement automation led projects to drive significant cost takeout
- Creating a culture of operating excellence in the team supported by the function

Knowledge, Experience & Education :
- Strong Project management experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams across poles in Genpact
- Graduate (Any Stream)/MBA (Any stream)
- Strong Quantitative and problem solving skills
- Excellent Facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
