Role Overview:

Digital SEP Program Team is responsible for end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management of our Solution Assets across service lines. This team

i. Anchors the governance and allocation of investments,

ii. Drives coordination of product discovery and build,

iii. Drive commercialization effort to generate revenues and

iv. Drive creation and maintenance of collaterals, among other responsibilities.

On a day to day basis a Program Manager is responsible for working with Digital, Service Line, Corporate Strategy, Consulting and Lean Digital team to ensure that product objectives of the assigned portfolio are met. The scorecards of the Program Manager has weightages on commercial conversion of products, on time and in budget build of approved functionalities and timely reporting to various stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities -

- Managing creation and maintaining relevance of various artifacts required across the product life cycle

- Drive discovery of new products and product functionalities

- Coordinate the creation and approval process of functional and technical requirements

- Coordinate with Digital and Service Line to ensure that timelines and budgets are held true for the build of products

- Work with Service Line and Digital to manage estimation, allocation and accounting of investments

- Support efforts on commercialization of products in close coordination with Lean Digital teams, Service Lines, Operations and Digital

- Facilitate the triage and resolution of process and other conflicts between stakeholders

- Drive the creation and maintenance of various marketing and sales collateral

- Gather and report progress and roadmap status, issues, etc. as per demand from various stakeholders

Experience Required

- Graduation in Commerce or Engineering, or CA, preferably with an MBA from a full time course

- Minimum 4 years program and/or project management experience in management of complex projects

- Previous experience in management of Products or Digital offerings is an added bonus

- Experience as a Solution Architect, SME or other client facing roles is preferred, with specific experience in articulation and presentation of productized solutions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with proven skills in creation of high impact presentations and management of complex excel models
