Summary of Role/Profile:

What is the focus of the Transition team :

- The fast paced evolution in digital technology and in strategic business objectives has today moved the balance in favour of - Transformation-Focused- solutions which is the key to the development of our People, Processes and Products.

- The team's objective therefore, is to continue to partner with the regional & global stakeholders, act as trusted advisors to them, spearhead the E2E Transition/Transformation approach for new deals and in parallel guide our client teams on other potential prospects.

Transitions, today is expected to be an integral part of the - Flying Formation- team for Hunting & Mining pursuits. The Digital Architect role demands insight-led thinking, knowledge of E2E spectrum of G service offerings and the expertise to collaborate with the larger Genpact ecosystem to lead digital projects on building digital assets for the transition function like Knowledge Robots, Transitions Simulator, Advanced Visualization Dashboards etc.

How does the role add value :

The role demands the Digital Architect to be multifaceted and be able to skilfully manage all successfully -

- As a Digital Expert - Display a thorough understanding of G's Digital Compendium and position those credibly during stakeholder / leadership interactions and also drive implementation of digital led transformation projects within the transition function

- As a thought-invoking, innovative storyteller and a reliable trusted business advisor, the Digital Architect would be required drive focused and contextually aligned conversations to build strong relationships with G Leadership teams, and thereby bring about valuable digital capabilities for the transition function

- Be a follower and promoter of Global Outlook - Leverage Global insights by being curious and constantly innovating through internal/external intelligence. The Digital Architect should understand Market / Industry realities, opportunities and threats and build an awareness of the domain, products and service lines within the industry.

- As a Digital Program Manager, own End to End implementation of Platforms (Benchmarking, Evaluating, POCs, Sourcing, implementing and change management)-

Who are the key relationships for this role :

It involves interfacing with internal cross functional (including Transitions Blue Printing / Digital / IT infra / Ops / Training / People Function etc.) enabling teams and stakeholders across regions.

- Digital trends are reinventing industry perspectives. While being technically& digitally savvy and building digital capabilities for the transition function in a consultative environment is the backbone of a Digital Architect's profile, bearing a Global outlook and creating competitive market advantage is what drives growth. The leader taking on the role of a Digital Architect's role will be therefore expected to display a thorough understanding of market / Industry realities, opportunities and threats and build an awareness of the domain, products and service lines within the industry

- Staying relevant on business trends, ability to understand G's Digital Compendium (Transformation Services offerings, solutions, digital assets, deployment toolkits etc.) with sharp focus on reimagining and transforming our current transition strategy & solution offering with digital at the core would not just add value to the function but also would be a buzzword defining the growth in the role.

- What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role

Essential Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree from accredited university in business, marketing or technology Minimum of 5 years- experience in digital marketing.

- Proven success in the development of digital campaigns, both as stand-alone marketing programs or as part of integrated marketing programs.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing practices: usage patterns, emerging technologies, ROI analysis and so on.

- Involvement in Six Sigma initiatives and projects considered as an asset

- Background in B2B considered an asset

Preferred Qualification :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent certification

Functional Competencies :

Essential :

- Excellent communication - verbal and written. Strong Presentation skills

- Strong combination of industry domain, technology, consultative / consultative selling skills

- Experience in working in a dynamic environment.

- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and design thinking skills

- Ability to take a variety of customer issues / pain points and convert these into digital solutions - to ensure we can deliver client value
