Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing and maintaining technical teams of 50-100 people

- Responsible for mentoring and grooming project managers to handle project execution Responsible for project management of engagements and customer satisfaction on the engagements

- Responsible for oversight to ensure process compliance

- Responsible for succession planning, staffing and capacity planning

- Responsible for overall delivery of Digital applications which involves analysis and design, development, testing, debugging, performance tuning of all key features

- Should be conversant with release engineering, build and multi-releases.

- Analysing resource requirements and recruiting team members, training and mentoring them and monitoring their performance throughout the project.

- Being the first level of escalations

Required Skills :

- 14+ years of experience in IT.

- 3+ years of project management experience and 1 year of delivery management

- Experience building core products and understanding of Digital Applications and platforms

- Good understanding of Project Management, Process, and other corporate initiatives - Should have managed projects and large enterprise accounts

- Strong process understanding and adherence skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrable people management skills

- Should have a bachelors degree in Engineering or a masters degree in computers

- Should be open to travel to customer locations and initiate/run customer engagements

Requirement :

- Delivery Manager with 20+ years of experience in IT Delivery (Delivery of projects in digital)

- This person will be managing a 100 ppl team

- Would be involved in Delivery process, should have hands on technical skills experience

- Product development experience is desirable

- People from Captives will also work.

- Should have managed Internal and external stakeholders

- Multiple client management experience is mandatory

- Will be involved in developing application

- Worked on Command and control centre of CORA

- Should have Built and release process

- Have been involved in Implementation and not Solutioning.
