Genpact - AVP - Customer Service Operations (10-20 yrs)
Role - AVP Customer Service Operations (Fintech)
Location - Hyderabad

- Manage Customer service operations in a global client-facing environment.
- Working as a Service Delivery Leader for operations and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure accurate solution design, cost, and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the operation strategy.
- Relevant experience in leading large BPO teams of approx. 250+ people. People management skills.
- Prior Customer Management exposure.
- Preferably with Fin-Tech experience & understanding of UPI payment, Wallet Applications, Digital money line of business, UPI competitors, and guidelines.
- Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives.
- Lean/Kaizen activities, and other change/Six Sigma initiatives for process improvements.
- Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments.
