Genpact - AVP - Consulting - Supply & Demand Planning Domain

Role & Responsibility :

- 10+ years in Supply Chain domain with significant exposure to supply chain strategy development / implementation or supply chain operations

- At least 3-5 years of experience with working with CxOs, CxO - 1 stakeholders on supply chain issues

- Strong experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning / CPFR, Logistics, Inventory Management expertise.

- Business consulting experience or internal consulting in supply chain

- Exposure to product development in supply chain areas: Demand Planning, Supply network planning, Inventory optimization, others

- Functional knowledge of technology tools / platforms in the supply chain space (SAP SNP/DP, JDA SCP/DM/Factory Planner, Llamasoft Optimiza, Kinaxis Rapid Response etc.)

- Bachelors or Masters degrees in Supply Chain Management / Operations Research / Manufacturing management / Logistics
