The position will require to oversee various processes under Contract Administration including Contract Loading, New Customer Onboarding and Chargebacks. The position will provide high level of visibility with Senior Client Leadership and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. Requires individual who can work in sync with multiple stakeholders and assist in providing standard process improvements. Should have analytical bent of mind and assist in setting up proactive processes, project initiatives, integration support and data integrity. Ability to influence others and build strong relationships. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Experience should involve transactional processing, reconciliations, monitoring customer compliance, problem-solving, research and analysis. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Cloud ERPs, Preferably SAP- S/4/ HANA/Oracle Cloud/Workday. Should possess knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods.

Contract Administration a part of Order to Cash Domain is an important service line within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) practice at Genpact. It gives to a significant part of Genpact's growth and is a priority for the Company. We need strong subject matter specialists to improve our current Contract Administration capabilities and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP).

Help build a strong Contract Administration function that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry-standard methodologies, solutions to improve their Accounting and Reporting functions, crafting collateral/IP to continue as a leader among service providers, and actively drive winning new deals.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Client interactions as the process owner and subject matter expert

- Participate in proposals, transformation projects, solutions and other projects

- Work across businesses and drive margin improvement initiatives - identify easy opportunities, assimilate standard methodologies and help speed up implementation of the same in accounts

- Manage Service Delivery for the Contract Administration domain

- Support functional teams on proactive processes, project initiatives, integration support and Data integrity

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert owning the designing of effective and end to end Contract Administration capability framework to improve metrics and cost efficiency

- Crafting diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps

- Actively engage with Global controller to identify customer problems, perform diagnostics and implement solutions implement solutions

- Design common operational framework to enable stability, consistency and efficiency of Contract Administration processes at Genpact

- Providing direction and coaching to the team for delivery of the goals

- Assist in implementation of practices in different accounts.

- Ensuring process compliance with various tools like CMP, FMEA etc.

- Work cohesively with the teams with focus on key talent retention

Minimum qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with Contract Administration experience

- Recent exposure or experience applying digital solutions to streamline accounting processes and related reporting

- Ability to work on multiple ERP, masterdata and workflow solutions

- Experience in Consumer Goods / HealthCare / Pharmaceutical domain + consulting experience

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience should involve contract administration, reconciliations, monitoring customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis

- Hands on experience in identifying and implementing tools and technologies for improving Contract Administration processes

- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment very collaboratively

- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions. Proven track record in successfully maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities

- Influencing skills, Creative thinking/innovative mind-set and consulting mindset.

- Exposure to ERPs like JD Edwards and SAP 7.4

- Six Sigma Certification

- Dealing with Ambiguity (ability to make decisions and change process based on current activity. Assist in ensuring standard processes are being followed)
