AVP Branch Operations Manager (India)
Looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfactions and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have hands - on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable organizational targets achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, recruitment and administration.
- Ensuring a smooth branch operation.
- Acting as the main custodian of the branch.
- Liaising with the main office to enhance operational activities of the branch.
- Providing outstanding customer service, representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client (internal and external) concerns.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience, as a branch manager/site manager/ project manager or similar role.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises.
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
Project Manager skills:
- Experience with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (an advantage)
- Risk, Issue and Change Management.
Personal attributes:
- Must be an outstanding leader and has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to motivate the team.
- Should be highly analytical and well organized, proficient with the use of computers and related software, are customer service oriented.
- Must has strong decision-making and problem solving skills
General:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Live within a reasonable commute of Greater Noida
- Great presentation and customer service
- Valid driver's Licence
- Working with global team in Asia, US and Europe.
- Willingness for short travel
Experience: 7 - 10 years experience.
