AVP - Strategic Recruitment - Inviting applications for the role of AVP Executive Recruiting Lead - The Recruiting Lead will be charged with driving operational excellence across the Executive Recruiting Team. - This impactful position requires superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication, and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects, which will contribute to the long-term success of a quick moving team. - The individual will need to effectively work with team leaders, global partners, business ops/finance and our central programs/operations/tech teams. - As an implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the leadership team. Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with partner teams to ensure alignment on key projects and initiatives. - Manage the operational, financial, HC tracking for the business. - Project manage critical initiatives across global stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure the initiative lands in the field. - Provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, and understand how to prioritize information requests. - Work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Business Managers on forecasting needs and succession planning through workforce planning review/analysis. - Proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and look for opportunity to leverage technology to scale. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Experience supporting several projects at one time, and delivering on-schedule - Experience in one of the key domains, preferably in a talent acquisition capacity - High degree of business acumen and people acumen - Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, with a passion for continuous improvement. - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment - Ability to effectively build relationships and partner with cross functional groups. - Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related area; MBA or MS preferred. - Administrative, program management, project management, or project coordination experience
