- Experience in managing end to end PTP .

- Experience on SAP

- Expertise in F&A Operations.

- Strong Team Handling Experience .

- The tower lead will be responsible of directly managing the complete P2P portfolio for the region or Centre

- Accountable for assisting in growing the account and reach best-in-class standards by ensuring strong engagement, stable operations, talent development, retention and continuous improvements

- To manage day to day operations; manage service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement processes with client to ensure effective information flow to speed up Operations
