Job Responsibility:
- Lead a team of 60 - 75 associates spread across multiple delivery locations
- Accountable for overall service delivery irrespective of delivery location
- Ensure there is robust operational framework implemented across delivery locations to ensure all metrics are appropriately measured and published
- Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) across different delivery locations
- Ensure service delivery is consistent and standardized across delivery locations
- Accountable for performance against financial parameters (service credits, earn backs etc.)
- Develop Continuous Improvement/Transformation roadmap to drive improvements within the process by engaging internal teams and customer teams
- Resource the projects which will deliver business impact
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure cost under control
- Responsible for driving and meeting the HR metrics in the team
- Prepare and educate team on the yearly goals and ensure there is governance to monitor the performance periodically
- Build robust management team
- Continually strive to reduce costs and increase productivity within their department.
Work experience background required ( describe work exp of suitable candidates) :
- Handled a dynamic group of Senior Managers/Managers
- Good understanding and experience in managing Transactional Procurement & Sourcing processes (8-10 years desired)
- Working experience on any of the common ERPs (SAP, Ariba, Oracle R12 etc.)
- Prior experience of working in offshore delivery environment leading sourcing activities with focus on driving savings for the clients. Prior experience of delivering committed/contractual savings would be added advantage
- Proven record of handling clients independently across EU, NA & APAC regions
- Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward, motivate and retain talent)
- Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
