Running operations for about 100-110 people. Strong operational and service delivery focus. People Management is extremely important. This role ensures strong Operational delivery to the client with people management.
Responsibilities:
- This will be Operating Leader position in Insurance Vertical
- The team size will be between 100-120 FTEs. Combination of associates, managers
- The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the entrepreneurial mindset to build on existing capabilities
- Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement
- Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
- Proactively understand Clients- business need and propose appropriate solutions
- Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver client expectation Commercial Savviness - understand P&L, cost levers, etc.
- Understanding of how Insurance Industry works- at least working knowledge of
- Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks
- Knowledge of insurance accounting
- Sound understanding of current insurance industry standards and external statutory and regulatory requirements
- Up to date knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP and Solvency II.
