Genpact - Assistant Vice President - HRO Transformation Consultant (6-18 yrs)
We are looking for Human Resource post graduates/graduates with relevant consulting experience with a sound knowledge of end to end Human resources domain and should have capability in working with ambiguity.
Knowledge, Experience and Education :
Essential :
- Cross industry exposure on HR transformation projects
- End to End knowledge of HR function
- MBA / Masters in Human Resource Management/Master in Finance
- Prior solution design, consulting experience in Digital and New aged solutions
- Process consulting experience preferred over business/ strategy consulting
- Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
- Project Management Skills
Range of experience can be :
- Experience with digital tools or in financial services space
- Global Exposure
- Digital deployment for large/ medium scale customers
