Essential :
- Prior experience or exposure in the BFS / CPG / Retail industry or with a digital agency
- Post Graduate/ MBA for premier School.
- Experience in the area of product / solution build or development within digital marketing analytics
Desirable :
- Consultative selling experience desired
- Understanding of BFS and CGRLH industries
- Understanding of GDPR / related privacy changes across the globe
- Global mindset and exposure
Specific Competence (Essential) :
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and digital data management - knowledge of various data streams (1st & 2nd party & 3rd party data sets), new marketing analytics practices, persona creation, performance reporting and visualization
- Should have worked on digital marketing projects related to some of the top brands across the US market OR Europe market
- Strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills (internal & external)
- Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key stakeholders
- High analytical and problem solving skills (quantitative abilities)
Specific Competence (Desirable) :
- Ability to create products and solutions leveraging partners, products or acquisitions - in a fast-paced environment
- New technology exposure - Ability to understand and solution around Programmatic, DSPs, DMPs and Marketing clouds (Adobe and Google)
- Ability to work through the RFx process and develop winning solutions
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and build synergy between the client and the delivery organization to ensure delivery of tangible benefits to clients
- Hands-on experience in implementing leading tools / platforms for digital marketing analytics, social media analytics, web analytics, display marketing analytics, paid search analytics, etc.
