Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in end to end implementation with a client covering business requirements, process changes drive complex/ multiparty and multi-level implementations.
- Experience in entire SDLC/project life cycle for all in-scope digital solutions, starting from client on boarding, solution design workshops, requirements gathering / validation and design sign-off, project planning, build & application setup, UAT, user training, SOP documentation, Production, Support handover and project closure activities
- Client facing (like a Global Operating Lead for the duration of that implementation) and rotates through the large deployments (complex and large) should have strong presence and ability to say no to senior stakeholders
- Ability and ownership to build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes
- To be able to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.
- It's a F&A focused role along with handling Multinational, multi geography.
