AVP - Business Transformation - Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Continuous Improvement Lead - This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle the transaction flow and provide direction and coordinate accounting & reporting functions to ensure timely closure of period ends. - The incumbent will be responsible for the daily supervision and efficiency of the team. - Manage and provide overall direction and guidance to deliver on operational goals within assigned areas and ensure timely and accurate completion of work with excellent partner management skills. Responsibilities : - Ensure delivery of Transformation roadmap to the client as per agreed solution. Also, ensure a corresponding release of headcount on the floor. - Drive improved outcomes for markets- improved paid on time/On time billing, etc. - Be the transformation-related face to In market teams-ensure projects & initiatives are presented to the right market. - Drive a culture of lean/Six sigma with best practice sharing across markets. - Continuously look for other G solutions/offerings that will be relevant to the client organization. - We need seasoned professionals for the role. - Individuals working as a Transformations Lead. - Someone who understands F&A (PTP & RTR is necessary. OTC is OK to have) - Proven record in leading transformations - Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications : - Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate or MBA Finance - F&A domain experience and in-depth end to end process knowledge - Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding - Resource needs to be Collaborative, energetic, confident, assertive & strong in communication - You should have managed large-sized F&A Teams for a meaningful period and possess excellent domain & hands-on expertise in Finance & Accounting. Preferred qualifications : Knowledge of Digital tools that apply to the F&A domain would be an added advantage
