GenNext Capital - Senior Associate - Valuations - Transique (1-2 yrs)
- Perform and present valuation models and reports for assigned projects
- Review/Finalisation of Team's work
- Executing Business Valuations, Regulatory Valuations, Financial Reporting Valuations, IBC Valuations - Securities or Financial Assets
- Review of Management Financials, Industry ratios and trends
- Design and implement valuation models
- Gather data through capitalize software, client consultations and independent research
- Application of Relative (CCM), Fundamental (DCF) and other Valuation models
- Ensuring compliance with internal systems/processes
- Assembling sufficient, credible evidence to ensure that valuation is properly supported
- Reporting to Manager
