Job Title : Business Demand Generation Manager:
Job Overview : We at Genesis are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business demand generation to join our team.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Leading and Driving the sales of Audio Visual solutions for the Corporate markets by acquiring new customers in the specified regional territories.
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion. Write compelling business proposals, strategies & presentations.
- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
- Prepare and share the sales reports on a regular basis.
- Accompany with line manager in the meetings.
- Conduct market research, analyze and suggest ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Developing, growing and supporting all aspects of the business sales cycle.
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Conduct market research, analyze and suggest ideas for creative marketing campaigns/effective marketing approaches.
- Identifies new market segments.
- Work along with the sales team till the closure of the requirement.
Desired Skills :
- Good understanding of the growing AV technology
- Sales and marketing, customer relations, business development, cold calling, market research, lead generation, presentation skills, marketing campaigns.

- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably MBA) 3 years of experience as a Business development professional.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prefer only female candidates with experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Comfortable with a high volume of outgoing communication (phone and email).
- Competitive and result oriented.
- Willing to take on board new ideas.
- Willing to travel. Energetic and naturally inquisitive.
