Genes2Me - Business Development Manager/Area Sales Manager (2-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Job Description:
- Identifying potential corporate clients and closing tie-ups for the network of hospitals and clinics.
- To ensur- all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
- Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
- Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and enquiry of new service
- Developing and enhancing business by promoting High end Genetic tests
- Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically in order to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Research and understand territory growth opportunities for developing an effective business plan and sales strategy for Next Generation Sequencing.
- Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Taking care of Genomics labs accounts.(Clinical Exome Sequencing, Whole exome sequencing, NGS etc)
- Interacting with the Super Specialty customers for promoting Genetic tests & other tests of Genes2me like Pediatric, Gynecologists, Infertility Geneticists and other targeted specialty of Drs. Also understand their needs / requirements while assisting them for the required Genetic Testing services.
- To build and maintain customer databases.
- To carry out sales of existing products.
- To provide inputs to marketing and technical teams for product development and placement.
- To provide timely reports regarding all field activities
- Responsible for taking care of services related to his territory in collecting & shipping samples to our Lab.
- Timely collection of payments from both B2C & B2B clients & get this deposited in to company account.
