Role description Currently, Generico serves around 4.5 Lakhs customers, out of which, around 2.5 lakhs are chronic patients. These patients are our loyal customers and we want to ensure that we keep providing them with stellar value added services, apart from providing them medicines at the right price. In order to provide affordable and best healthcare services, we are coming up with a health loyalty program, which will help our customers avail the best services across all heatlh verticals (diagnostics, consultation, disease specific products, etc). For this, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products from the scratch that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Key responsibilities - Gain a deep understanding of consumer experience, identify Market need gaps to design and develop the best in class product in order to fulfill business needs, improve customer retention - Designing journeys for smooth consumer experience (both offline and online), simultaneously building a holistic customer profile - Design product roadmap for the customer health loyalty program from an existing journey to disease specific care plans in the future - Designing gamification framework for the loyalty program by conceptualising and designing key features for customer earn and burn model, ensuring maximum engagement and delivering key business results - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Work closely with business development / sales to meet category revenue - Work closely with tech team, participating in the tech discussion regarding features feasibility as per technology - Work with teams like Customer Service, inside sales, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at a product level - Ensure execution of product development lifecycle from designing framework to launch, working closely with sales, tech and business team - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services. Skills/Experience required - Ability to understand the customer pain point and a strong desire to solve the problem in the best possible/innovative way. - Graduate from top-tier engineering college (IITs). MBA from a premier business school (IIMs/ISB) is a plus - Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager (2-4 years) - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Sound technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web/app development - Experience with data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets. - Passion for user experience, design, and experimentation - Self-confidence, go-getter attitude and a great team player - Ability to learn and pick up new tools and technologies to help the team deliver. - Familiarity with programming and software development process is a must-have along with the ability to understand consumer behavior and requirements. - Ability to suggest and consider alternative solutions to any given problem and Identify bottlenecks and help the team to resolve issues. - Should have experience of working in a cross-functional environment. - We love start-ups. Any prior experience building or working in a start-up will add advantage.
