Job Description -&nbsp; - Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends - Maintaining distributor relationships and tie up - Increasing portfolio of the company in generics segment - Increasing overall portfolio of products in other categories - On boarding new distributors at Generico - Managing volume distribution to the distributors, coordinating with the data team and supply chain team - Managing the PnL of new products for initial months and hand over it to sales - Working in tandem with marketing team to run promotional marketing for new products - Increase top line of other category products Desired Skills and Expertise -&nbsp; - 3+ years of Experience sales team of pharma companies/handling distributor relations at pharma companies - Managing a sales team to push end product in the market via sales channels - Should have visibility on the procurement of APIs in Pharma companies - Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (BE, B.Tech, MBA) - Work experience with startups in retail segment would be preferred - Must have good communication skills - Must have good interpersonal Skills - Candidate should have good technical skills (Comfortable working on Excel and) - Candidate should be process oriented - Street smart with good decision making abilities Qualifications : B.Tech/BE/MBA with 3+ years of experience in sales &amp; operations
