Key Responsibility: - Leading last-mile deliveries - Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs - Meet cost, turnaround time, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of the delivery - Resolving customer issues within timelines and enhance the customer experience - Infrastructure planning - Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, other vendors on a daily basis - Responsible to handle geographically dispersed teams - Create and update MIS reports on a daily basis and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
