Key Responsibility: - Build a long term vision to deliver the ambitious growth agenda the organization has. - Work with stakeholders and build roadmaps for: channel optimization, creative testing, landing page optimization, and audience expansion across channels. - Collaborate, partner and negotiate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met. - Continuously work to optimize marketing media mix and channel budget allocation. - Communicate updates to the leadership team on performance, results, and marketing initiatives. - Build growth forecasts and budget plans in close collaboration with other stakeholders. - Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity using core paid acquisition channels in order to exceed ambitious user growth goals while maximizing ROI. - Deep understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, ideally including some combination of SEM, programmatic Display, Paid social, Video, Direct Mail and various offline channels. - Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models. - Strong focus on results. Ability to prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
