Job Description: General Manager - Sales (Noida/ Bangalore - Coworking space)

Working Days: Mon-Sat ( 2 Sats off in a month)

Role: Individual contributor

Account & Customer Management

- New Sales for background check products

- Find opportunities and develop a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets for the assigned geography.

- Renewals for accounts sold in the previous year with price revisions

- Provide demos of technology platforms to the HR teams at companies

- Document and manage pipeline opportunities in our CRM system to ensure visibility, clarity, and decision support

- Structure profitable deals that mutually support the needs of the customer and Helloverify

- Fill RFP/RFQ requests for the customer

- Ensure customers onboarded are satisfied with the service offering

- Maintain relationships with frequent visits and hold QBR with operations and client relationship teams every quarter

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements

- Working in HR Tech, HR SAAS, Job Platforms, Background Check Industry will be helpful

- Science or B.Tech Graduate/Commerce Graduate

- 9+ years of proven successful sales experience, including 3+ years in a Key or Corporate Account Management role,

- Superior willingness and ability to manage a multi-functional sales process throughout all levels, including up to the senior, executive level

- Effective written and oral communication skills with keen ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders internationally and virtually

- Solid interpersonal, intercultural, and relationship management skills

- Ability to teach, coach, and provide guidance and constructive feedback with tact and diplomacy

Target: Billable Revenue in 1 Year / Rolling / 2 Weeks Pipeline Creation Time Frame: Target will be 8X of Salary in 1 Year. Any sales above 8x will be given at 25% of the value achieved
