General Manager/VP - Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations - FMCG/FMCD (12-20 yrs)
- The incumbent will be responsible for operations of a large size Warehouse of 5lakh sqft and above
- He will be responsible for operations, people management, fleet management, productivity, safety and quality
- The incumbent will be responsible for P&L of the said facilty.
- He should provide direction, strong vision, and be responsible for the development and build a strong customer centric culture with all safety and process in place .
- He should have great leadership skills provide right direction to the entire team
- He should be responsible for financial budgeting of around 500 crores plus for delivering of goods
- He should have strong analytical approach to problem solving and should be an engineer from a Premier Institute .
- He should have set up large ware houses and had knowledge of scaling it up
- He should bring in new innovations .
- He should be procees oriented with change management skills and introduce new practices and believe in training and systems. He should have great people management skills and knowledge of handling IR issues .
