Our client is a Venture Capital Fund with acive investments in various startups which they actively help manage. They are young firm providing innovative products and solutions. The leadership is dynamic and future looking. They intend to hire a smart OD Leader to establish and lead the Talent Management function.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Establish the OD / Talent Management Strategy and Vision for the org
- Understand the vision, mission and build/align the culture of the organization
- Have a great experience of Assessments and Change Management
- Have a great experience in working with competency frameworks, career mapping, succession planning etc
- Have experience in leading interventions towards organization goals
To qualify for these positions you should:
- PG/MBA in HR from a reputed B-School
- 8 to 17 years of experience in HR
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Leading OD / TM
- Be agile and comfortable in a start-up culture
- Have experience in Org Dev, Talent Management, Assessments and Reporting
- Have experience in working with leadership teams
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
