1. Experience in running Performance Campaigns - CPC, CPL, etc through Google, FB, Affiliates etc

2. Should have excellent experience in generating quality leads for driving business.

3. Min 10 years into exclusive Digital Performance Campaigns

4. Should have formulated and implemented Digital Campaigns PAN India.

5. Must be very good at Digital Content creation

6. Experience in SEO, SMO etc

7. Reputation Management on social media platforms - FB, Glassdoor, Mouthshut etc

- Google Adwords and Analytics

8. AVs and Tele movies

9. Design & implement PAN India ATL Strategy -Outdoor, Print, Hoardings, Radio & TV

10. Must have excellent understanding of aesthetics & creatives in releasing Print ads

11. Must have good exposure of releasing Radio / TV Ads

12. Must have good exposure in developing and updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters, standies, signages etc

13. Run BTL Campaigns

14. Vendor Negotiations

15. Ensuring good quality of all branding material as per specifications.

16. Manage Creative, Digital & PR Agencies etc

17. Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategy

18. Must have excellent communication skills

19. Proficiency with MS excel and other MS office tools
