Corporate Communications :
- Oversight for corporate communications, formulating and driving communications strategy and positioning from Leadership levels downwards, both externally and internally.
- Developing Focused Branding strategy, Investor Relations, keeping the organizational goals in mind, thereby contributing to a strong image management and growth of the organization.
- Internal Communication on relevant issues through systemic and proactive employee communication approach
- Coordinate with the PR agency on an ongoing basis to formulate their deliverables and execute the PR plan
- Drive and increase positive built up of experience hosting internal and external visitors, relationships and create a strong thought leadership position.
- Initiate and monitor communication activities in order to realize the desired uniform and integral positioning of the company
- Design and implement strategic communication initiatives that include digital and social media channels and niche communications to increase the visibility and understanding of the institution's vision and purpose.
- Actively engage, cultivate and manage branding communication to secure coverage surrounding the programmes, special events, public announcements and other projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for engagement, relationships and influence by being current with developments that relate to all key stakeholders and partners.
- Anticipate reputational risk issues and develop and implement appropriate communication actions.
- Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the brand guidelines.
- Review the governance standards and operational protocols for the sign-off on all corporate communications emanating from the institution, to ensure that quality assurance is maintained, and brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Work with management to develop internal communications programmes and processes required to support organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Professionals with 12+ years of experience from IT/ITES industry preferred.
