JOB Description -

1- Ensure working capital levels within defined norms

2- Ensure preparation and approval of the detailed financial budget for Bu and monitor actual performance

3- Be custodian of MBM meetings, provide customised business analytics to enable professional business decision making

4- Provide robust business controlling support to management to deliver financial results within compliances and norms

5- Explore avenues to minimise risk exposure and safeguard Bu receivables through debt factoring, export credit guarantee cover, etc

6- Evaluate the feasibility of CAPEX investment and track status post-implementation

7- Implement automation of controls and processes across finance

8- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to department policies and SOPs

9- Perform the role of people manager
