Key

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of strategic sourcing buyers, their projects, deliverables, and performance review.

- Plan and lead category strategy, projects and resource management for contractor services.

- Lead all Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and Outsourcing activities of IT and non-IT projects.

- Impanel new vendors

- Evaluate existing and new Suppliers in the area of Statutory and Internal (both financial and non-financial) compliance.

- Support presales team to get the cost estimate to help in bidding for new projects and business decision-making process.

- Periodic Supplier Performance Management by measuring, analyzing, and managing the performance of suppliers in an effort to cut costs, alleviate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

- Periodic CRM activities to understand the business objectives and find opportunities and add value.
