Vendor Development/ Procurement

- Ensure timely procurement of parts, which will work with Planning and Scheduling to ensure the required raw products and materials needed by operations are available at the most cost effective price to meet customer demand and quality standards.

Sourcing:

- Development and Sourcing of new components as per Engineering Requirements/ Alternate Sourcing.

- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers & Identify strategic sourcing alliances

Capacity Planning:

- Analyze & balance planned capacity and unit wise capacity for optimum utilization & to achieve organizational goals.

- Planning, Scheduling & Inventory Management

New Projects - Ensure smooth & complete transition from proto build to serial production.
