General Manager - US Healthcare Operations - Provider Domain - BPO (15-19 yrs)

A leading BPO with 40000 employees across the globe is looking out for following role in their team

Job Responsibilities

- Lead Operations and P&L for the assigned projects.

- Understand all binding laws and regulations related to the project.

- Developing in-depth knowledge base among the team members relating to domain and process.

- Responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives to ensure avoidance of penalty.

- Attrition Management

- Oversee team reviews, submit progress reports of the team to the BUH and conclude appraisals.

- Conduct individual performance reviews and propose the required action plan.

- Active involvement in disciplinary issues arising out of the team.

- Ensure project meets all the required Quality parameters - internal and external

- Implement efficiency improvement projects by deploying lean sigma methodology

- Monitoring and assisting the quality of the work done by the team.

- Co-coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates.

- Identifying, recommending and implementing ways to increase the quality of operating teams, with productivity as a bonding CTQ.

- Client co-ordination on overall process progress and monitoring of issues.

Desired Profile- 

- 15+ years of hard core BPO US Healthcare RCM operations experience. Should have experience into transition and have work exposer towards RFP/RFI.

- Experience in handling the end to end operation - P&L, SLA, Client Management.

- This role be in a capacity to handle the overall site.

- Provider line of business experience is a must.

- Good communication skills, inter personal skills and excellent team handling skills.

- Ability to work with a diverse population.
