General Manager/Unit Head - Sugars & Cogen Plants (25-30 yrs)

We are looking for Unit Head for Sugar & Cogen plant operation at Karnataka ,Maharashtra & Telangana. The candidate is over all In charge of the Operations & Maintenance of the Sugars & Cogen Plants. The Key responsibility -

- Directing, leading & motivating workforce; imparting trainings for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.

- Monitoring overall operations of all departments for executing their jobs within cost & time parameters.

- Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.

- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub- functions and develops Budgets/ Policies/Procedures to support the Business.

- Preparation, Implementation and control of Budget Section wise keeping in view of the proposed cane crushing target.

- Achieve Recovery as per AOP.

- Meeting timelines w.r.t. Off-seasonal works, Crushing days..etc

- Ensuring Statutory compliances

- EHS & ISO standards implementation. Succession Plan - Grooming middle mgt. & above people to take up higher jobs & responsibilities

- Proposing the cost economical options to increase production, control losses, cap on inventory & lower production cost

- B.Tech/M.Tech with Sugar Engineering (or) B.Sc./M.Sc. with Sugar technology

- Local language is preferred
