General Manager - Treasury/Debt Syndication - NBFC

Hiring for the role of GM treasury for a leading digital lending NBFC, based out of Gurgaon and Bangalore. The role will report into the business head - capital markets and debt syndication.

Company : A very well known digital lending NBFC, with PAN India presence

Role :

- The incumbent will manage the funds we shall draw from banks / FI's for building our loan book as we grow our credit lending business.

- The Key deliverables shall be to maintain liquidity and keep funds cost lower, work with rating agencies and bring diversity in terms of partners.

- Should have deep treasury background and 8-15 years of experience in debt raise, liquidity management, securitization, down selling of portfolio, treasury income management etc.

Requirement :

- CA or MBA (Finance) with about 8+ years of experience with NBFC / Listed companies with a leverage of 500-1000 crores on their balance sheet
