CA / ICWA / MBA -Fin - 15 years exp with Strong exposure to fund raising having managed a portfolio size of 1000+ cr. - Takeover / Acquisition of any company we do then all the banking work , negotiation etc work ( experience in company take overs banking side) - Housing finance loan procedure and its negotiations , going on field for bank loans etc and other negotiations - Manage term loans - Financing/funding Foreign Acquisitions - Banking documentations - Knowledge of and experience of working in domestic and an international Treasury function, risk management, cash flow forecasting and foreign currency hedging strategies, arranging loans for Indian company as well as foreign subsidiaries. - Strong knowledge in cash & Forex management, long & short-term funding, credit control, foreign exchange management, economic & industry comparisons, business MIS & reviews, strategic & annual planning, bench-marking analysis of global treasury operations. - Arranging funds by way of Term Loan, ECB's or other mode for Indian company as well as foreign subsidiaries. - Knowledge of and experience of working in Treasury function, risk management, cash flow, forecasting and foreign currency hedging strategies. - Exposure on funds arrangement for foreign subsidiaries/ joint venture and filling of various refunding under bank regulations - Excellence in successfully coordination & liaising with bank officials for reducing the borrowing cost/ settlements/ interest; monitoring the credit rating for bank loans and investments.
