Job Description :
- Design market pricing philosophy, oversee compensation benchmarking exercise and own review and creation of salary ranges globally
- Design, approve exceptions to and monitor deviations from Broad-based comp philosophy including Base Pay, New hire, Promotion, Pay Mix, in cycle and off cycle Comp Review guidelines
- May assist in design and delivery of Executive Compensation Programmes like ESOP, working with CHRO, Exec Comp vendors, Finance and Legal May design and harmonize the STI (Short term Incentive Programs including Sales Incentives) working with BUs, HRBPs and Finance

- May oversee the regular review and update of policies
