Purpose of the role : Reporting to the SVP HR - Head of Talent, Reward and OD CoEs, the GM Total Rewards has the responsibility of driving all the Total Rewards related initiatives across the organization. This role may also have the additional responsibility of managing polices. Responsibilities : Strategic : - Design market pricing philosophy, oversee compensation benchmarking exercise and own review and creation of salary ranges globally - Design, approve exceptions to and monitor deviations from Broad-based comp philosophy including Base Pay, New hire, Promotion, Pay Mix, in cycle and off cycle Comp Review guidelines - May assist in design and delivery of Executive Compensation Programmes like ESOP, working with CHRO, Exec Comp vendors, Finance and Legal May design and harmonize the STI (Short term Incentive Programs including Sales Incentives) working with BUs, HRBPs and Finance - May design and harmonize the STI (Short term Incentive Programs including Sales Incentives) working with BUs, HRBPs and Finance - May oversee the regular review and update of policies Operational and People Management : - Work with HR BPs across all geographies to bring in standardisation of C&B structure, pay mixes and C&B processes - Work with vendors on the design and implementation of the compensation review too. - Manage the day to day operations and performance of the total rewards team in corporate (India) and provide business direction to extended team onshore/offshore (US, UK, India) - Stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations of the total reward processes Key Performance Indicators : - Harmonization of global pay structures and policies - Seamless execution of all total rewards processes - Process improvements to build efficiencies - iVoc scores Reporting Structure : - GM Total Rewards reports to the SVP HR - Head of Talent, Reward and OD - Collaborate and work closely with peers - Reporting to the role - Total Rewards teams (3 to 4 members direct/indirect and 3 members extended) Experience : - 10-12 years- HR experience with at least 5 years- experience in a team management - Experience in areas of Total Rewards - Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations - Proven experience in managing teams Desirable : - Post graduate degree in Management (or equivalent)
