General Manager - Tendering & Bidding - Infrastructure (20-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Setting and meeting order booking targets
- Take strategic calls in line with the company's vision (e.g. which geography to target more and which to less)
- Lead the tendering team for International projects
- Set up processes for bid management, improve profitability of the company by competitive bidding and efficiency improvement
- Study the scope of work & tender document and prepare the tender review sheet
- Prepare/review the basic design, create the estimation BOQ and link it with client BOQ.
Work Experience :
Essential :
- Minimum 20 years- experience in Tendering and Estimation in the transmission industry.
- Demonstrates ability to identify cost risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Estimation Skills
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
