- Overall Purpose/Objective of the job: Responsible for Heading Tenant relationship /CRM for the commercial leasing business and handling all facets of Customer Relationship Management thus, contributing to efficient sales management and business growth for the various commercial properties across India
Key Responsibilities :
A. Project Coordination - Create and Maintain a master file for all ongoing Projects, which should include the updated versions of the following:
- Approved Plans
- Title Certificate
- Latest CC
- Sales Plans with tenants and owners demarcated
- Area Statement - Unit wise (Old & New)
- Area Bifurcation Statement (Latest)
- Drafts of Agreements / LOI / Demand Letters / Notice
- All documents related for Bank Loans
B. Sales Back End - Client Coordination, Correspondence & Documentation
- Post token Client Coordination as Relationship Manager for the Project
- Calling for Customer Documentation (KYC details), Payments, Updates, Queries and Legal Documentation
- Preparing and sending - Demands, Reminders, Updates, Receipts, LOI, Allotments, Agreements, Notices via post, email or office boy
- Maintain trackers for both verbal and written communication
- Industry: Luxury Automobiles, Real Estate, Hospitality, IPCs, Commercial business
- ONLY B2B Business
