- Prior experience in building large scale web services and cloud platforms and taking them live.

- Proven experience in building scalable components across projects handled.

- Good design skills

- Good knowledge of Web Services and Web Security

- Good knowledge of Relational and NoSQL database.

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in one or more open source technologies and frameworks Spring, Hibernate, OAuth, Storm, Memcache/Redis, Queue/Broker Services, Map Reduce, Hadoop.

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on with design (both HLD and LLD) -manage high-performance teams of 50+ engineers.

- Ability to drive technology decisions presenting data and demonstrating technical path.
