Our Client is hiring General Manager - Techno Commercial in Mumbai

Reporting to MD/Director

Job Location Mumbai Extensive traveling to pan India locations

Objective To prepare & maintain effective Techno Commercial Process

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

Quantity & Quality assurance of production

Plant arrangement & supervision of -

Production

Maintenance Regular & Preventive

Raw Material planning

Logistics of RM & FG

Coordination with sales team

Preparing MIS of Technical & Commercial activity on Daily/Weekly/Annually to reporting authorities.

Reviewing of Weekly Production and finding the new ways to reduce cost in best possible way.

Job Specification

This position will be handling of Techno Commercial activity at pan India for the following business have to manage Pulses Processing units and manufacturing unit

Position is responsible for effective coordination with Raw Material Purchase team and Finished Good Sales team.

Logistics Department coordination is part of responsibilities

Predominately responsible for Quantity, Quality & Commercial of production/ operations at all unit

Candidature Specification

1. Gender Male

2. Educational Qualification Mechanical - Electrical Engineering Degree with Master or PG degree in Management Studies

3. Age 45 to 55 Years

4. Overall Experience 20 to 30 Years,

5. Should be Techno Commercial Head in mid-size organization for last 3 to 5 Years.

6. Should have Minimum Experience in 3 to 5 Yrs. in Agro Commodities processing/ Milling with new project management.

7. Location - Mumbai

(Extensive traveling would be part of profile)

8. Package Rs. 25 LPA to 40 LPA + Profit Sharing Incentive Scheme
