Job Description- Required Btech (Chemical Engineering) - Overall responsibility for all the plant operations including production and maintenance - Ongoing new projects, development of systems and processes, statutory and regulatory requirement - EHS - People Management / IR, - New initiatives - Leading and managing a team comprising of department heads - Monitor Operations and growth - Implement strategies for operation and growth - Establishing goals for performance and growth of plant - Owning the P&amp;L of the plant - strategic planning,budgeting, resource allocation and growth - Handling production,maintenance,and other plant operations Around 20-25 years of relevant experience as Plant Head in the Agrochemicals / Pesticides / hazardous chemicals industry.
