General Manager - Technical Operations - RO Plant (15-20 yrs)
- Our client is one of the large business houses having global presence. They are looking for a RO facilities Operations and Technical Lead for their operations. (RO Specialist Role)
- He will be responsible for all the Technical expertise for the RO plant.
- One will be overall responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant
- Monitor day-to-day operations of plant to improve efficiency and reduce operation cost.
- Consistently monitor Treated Sewage Effluent and ensure consistent reclaim water for irrigation purpose.
- Attend Project meeting and arranging & chairing meeting with client.
- To act as liaison with client managing any work interface
- To be responsible & report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects activity of plant & Pumping Stations
- To handle procurement & control expenses related to contracts; To manage portfolio, resources & material costs effectively in order to meet budget
- To plan, implement & monitor the Preventive Maintenance Schedule in order to ensure compliance's within budget, quality & safety requirement- To monitor & guide group of Foremen, Technicians, Operators who are involved in O&M works
- Resolving technical, commercial issues of the projects ensuring the cordial relationship with client.
- Responsible for strategic planning and execution of multiple tasks, meeting the deliverables in terms of revenues, margins, timeliness, quality, safety.
- Responsible for identifying variations in the contracts and filing timely claims for such extra works
