Job Location: Mumbai(Andheri East)
- Ensuring Indirect Taxation compliance for various business units. Oversee all the indirect-tax affairs of the Company and support the Company's business and financial objectives.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing and filing of the relevant tax returns and manage payment of the relevant taxes to the relevant tax authorities as and when due.
- Monitor PAN India GST regulation/operations. Feasibility of transaction under GST laws
- Liaise with the relevant tax authorities to ensure that all outstanding issues on open tax audits and investigations are closed and resolved speedily and efficiently
- To interact with Consultants and Units on Indirect Tax Issues.
- Identify potential tax structuring opportunities for the Company and work with the appropriate personnel of the Company to implement the same
Desired Profile:
- The person should be qualified CA/ CPA/ ICWA, with at least 10-15 years post qualification experience in the commercial field and tax compliance.
- Have at least 8 years of experience in commercial field and tax compliance.
- Experience with Govt liaisoning (Tax Authorities, Income Tax Dept, Excise Dept etc).
