- Handling end to end recruitment cycle from interacting with Business heads / Delivery heads for requirement gathering, planning sourcing strategies, interview co-ordination & closure of the position.

- Managed and lead a team of Recruiters by regular feedback and the development of the team.

- Strategic Planning for hiring needs.

Desired Profile :

- MBA with min 12+ years experience, out of which 5+ years into technical hiring from IT Services Companies.

- Experience in volume hiring.
