Experience : 12+yrs of exposure in sourcing automotive/engineering/Telecom products in a system oriented company

Education : B.Tech / B.E Regular Only

People Dimensions : 4 on roll direct employees, 18 on roll dotted line reportee and 2 off roll employees;

Knowledge Required : Strong background of managing large spend, widespread deployment, telecom or wide location deployment experience / Good understanding of commodity market ; Good understanding of small scale construction company working Market dynamics and any Technological changes if happens

Skills / Competencies : Leadership, Project management, Strategic sourcing, Team Management, Sr Management stakeholder management, Communication, Negotiation and coaching & counselling etc.

Principal Accountabilities :
